When do we show up?

The good thing to do is call beforehand. Every party will have 30 minutes before to set up, and 30 minutes after to clean up. If you want to see if you can access the center earlier than the designated time, call to see if anyone is in front of you. We will always try to help accommodate these requests. 6062735756

Bring all the food, drinks, and bagged ice as you wish. There is a cooler in the party room to hold your drinks and ice. There are 5 tables for seating, and 3 tables for gifts/food. We can add or subtract tables/chairs upon request. This is just what sits comfortably. Bring 8 rectangle table coverings. 

Flavored shaved ice for your whole party and popcorn by request for your whole party. Be sure to let the attendant know if you wish to have these and what time to start on them.
